Residents must complete an application and background form in order to rent from Evangeline Trace. To complete the forms, please click on the links below, print and fill out forms to either mail, drop off, fax or e-mail. If you fax or mail, you must also come to the office with payment in order to proceed. You may also call to make an appointment to meet with us.
